I've been helping people buy and sell homes in Steamboat Springs for nearly a decade. But what I'm really doing is helping people find their place in this incredible community we call home.

A Little About My Story...

Back in 2013, my husband Shawn and I made the leap we'd been dreaming about for years. We packed up our two kids, three dogs, and moved to Steamboat Springs.

That summer, we lived in our 1976 Airstream while we renovated a completely dilapidated old barn house. (Yes, really. Five of us plus three dogs in an Airstream. It was... an adventure.) But you know what? I can't imagine a better place to raise children.

We fell in love with the slower pace, the safe, family-friendly community, and the fact that you can't walk down the street without seeing someone you know.

That's the Steamboat magic! And I love helping my clients capture their own piece of that magic.

I totally dig dogs.

I will absolutely cross the street to say hi to one. Every time. And I might remember your dog's name better than yours. What can I say?
I dream of being a rockstar.

For years you could find me living out my rockstar fantasies or doing skits on everything from volunteer hell to perimenopause with my friends at the Steamboat Cabaret (the variety show type, not the burlesque type... everyone assumes!).
I bike to work.

I love to commute on the Core Trail whenever possible because who wants to sit in a car when you can bike along the river?
I lived in an airstream.

That summer we lived in a 1976 Airstream with two kids and three dogs while renovating our barn house? Best adventure ever. Also, never again.
I co-lead WIN.

I co-lead Women in Networking, and participate in several other great groups for women here. There's real power in women getting together and lighting each other up.
